2 Hour Sunset - Tigger 2 Royale Power Catamaran

Treat yourself to a magical evening on the water with a 2-hour sunset cruise aboard the elegant TIGGER 2 Royale. As the sun begins to dip behind the horizon, Cape Town’s skyline transforms into a breathtaking palette of golds, pinks, and purples — the perfect backdrop for a memorable experience.

Upon arrival, soak in the scenic atmosphere of the V&A Waterfront while enjoying a welcome drink from our cash bar, such as a glass of sparkling wine or your favorite refreshment.

All departures are from the T Jetty, located in the heart of the V&A Waterfront.

Route

For shorter cruises, such as the 2-hour sunset option, the TIGGER 2 Royale typically departs from the V&A Waterfront, cruising past the iconic Green Point Lighthouse. Depending on sea and weather conditions, the skipper may extend the route further along the Atlantic Seaboard, offering scenic views of Table Mountain and the coastline.

Before the sun dips below the horizon, the boat will pause at a picturesque spot, giving you the perfect opportunity to soak in the sunset views and capture unforgettable moments. After sunset, the cruise gently makes its way back toward the Waterfront, ending your experience on a golden note.

Weather

Cruise time and cruise course are dependent on weather conditions and at the discretion of the skipper. You and your guests safety will always be our primary priority.

What to wear

We recommend a windbreaker jacket, non-deck marking shoes (eg trainers/deck shoes, no black soles), sunglasses and sun lotion. Attire based on the event from casual to formal.

Drinks

Start your cruise by soaking in the views with a refreshing drink in hand. Our cash bar offers a variety of beverages, including sparkling wine to toast the occasion.

Prefer to bring your own wine or bubbly? You're welcome to do so — just make sure it’s pre-chilled, in your own containers, and kept cold with your own ice. Please note: no ciders, spirits, beers, or soft drinks may be brought onboard, as these are available for purchase at our bar.

Catering

We offer a delicious selection of menu options, including traditional South African BBQ (braai) menus. (See attached for available options.)

• For a plated sit-down meal (up to 4 courses), we can seat up to 39 guests comfortably.

• For larger groups, buffet-style catering will be served to ensure everyone is accommodated.

Bringing Your Own Catering?

You're welcome to self-cater, but please note

• Fees applies

• There are no parking or loading facilities, so you'll need to arrange staff to carry all items onboard.

• We offer two options if you choose to bring your own food:

1. Self-catering with use of our equipment
   Use of our crockery, cutlery, glasses, and platters.

2. Bring your own chef
   Includes use of our BBQ (braai) as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses, and platters.
